Natalie Millard

Natalie is the Chief Operating Officer for Millard Financial Group. She oversees account service requests for clients, bookkeeping, and the overall efficiency of the office. She also organizes and plans events such as classes and client appreciation events. Natalie cares for people well with patience and compassion and is continuously striving to make sure clients’ needs are met. 

Natalie and her husband Josh have been married since 2005 and they have two teenage boys, Braxten and Lucas.  She enjoys the time they spend together watching the kids participate in different sports such as football, wrestling, and track.  In her free time, she volunteers as an adult leader for her church’s youth ministry, mentoring high school girls.  Natalie also volunteers her time as the Golf Outing Coordinator for Forgotten Children Worldwide, a non-for-profit orphan care ministry.

The National Social Security advisor (NSSA) certification is obtained in February 2023 by completing eight hours of course works and passing a certification exam.
